Returns policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however due to the perishable nature of many of our products, returns are not accepted on any dairy products. If there is an issue with delivery, the package must be accepted before we can agree to replace or refund an order.
For non-perishable products purchased through our web shop, if you’re not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund.
To start a return, please contact us at admin@wictonfarm.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you’d like to return. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email admin@wictonfarm.co.uk before sending it back. Please note that items packaged in glass will not be exchanged or replaced – these are sold at the buyer’s own risk.

Shipping Returns
You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
