Shipping and delivery policy

Welcome to Wicton Farm! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wicton Farm.

We work hard to ensure all our customers are satisfied however we rely on independent third parties to deliver our good to you. We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Shipping Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however due to the perishable nature of many of our products, returns are not accepted on any dairy or meat products. If there is an issue with delivery, the package must be accepted before we can agree to replace or refund an order.
For non-perishable products purchased through our web shop, if you’re not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund.
You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
