A delicious and creamy halloumi style cheese. Made with our fresh organic cows milk right here on our farm. Hand made in small batches. With three different flavours to choose from this cheese is the perfect addition to any meal.

Ingredients: Organic cows milk, salt, vegetarian rennet, calcium chloride solution, (Mint, garlic, basil - depending on flavour selected)

Courier delivery

orders placed before 5pm, will be shipped the following day (Monday - Thursday) for next day delivery

Storage instructions

  • Please store your milk in a refrigerator below 5°c
  • Please use your milk within 4 days
  • Milk can be frozen - this is best done on the day of collection.
  • Once defrosted, please consume within 3 days
