Important information about collecting your order

Every collection point has its own collection day. You choose your collection point and day when you order, and we get your order there ready for you.

When to order

  • Orders must be in by midnight the night before the day you have chosen to collect.
  • Organic pasteurised milk is pasteurised to order, so we need one extra day: orders must be in by midnight two nights before the day you collect. For a Monday collection that means midnight on Saturday.
  • We cannot offer same-day collection. If a day is greyed out, or a collection point is marked as closed, ordering for it has closed for now, tap it and we will tell you when it opens again and what you can do in the meantime.
